As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping you informed of relevant cybersecurity news and events, we wanted to flag a situation that occurred over the holiday weekend.

One of our distribution partners, Ingram Micro, experienced a cybersecurity incident that affected a portion of their internal systems. Importantly, there is no indication that this event has impacted Network Coverage, our systems, or any client environments.

Still, incidents like this are a reminder that cyber threats often strike at inopportune times – and why proactive vigilance matters. Out of an abundance of caution, our team is:

• Conducting a review of any systems or services that interface with Ingram Micro
• Confirming the security of our other distribution partners
• Monitoring for any signs of disruption or broader impact
