New Acquisitions, New Website, New Branding
Network Coverage has a trio of exciting announcements to share, all of which mark a major step forward for the company.
NetCov acquires MadWolf Technologies and The Lloyd Group
Network Coverage officially announced two acquisitions on Monday morning: Washington, D.C.-based MadWolf Technologies and New York City-based The Lloyd Group.
In conjunction with NetCov’s July 2023 acquisition of VersaTrust in Fort Worth, Texas, these moves greatly expand Network Coverage’s nationwide footprint and presence in the NGO (non-governmental organization) and financial services space, while strengthening the company’s comprehensive technology solutions and operational excellence.
“It’s breathtaking to think about the journey we’ve made since I started here,” said Network Coverage’s CEO, Alex Joy, who joined the company in 2011 as an IT Specialist and has been at the forefront of its rapid growth. “Forming a partnership with established, widely respected, forward-thinking organizations like The Lloyd Group and MadWolf Technologies is a seminal moment for Network Coverage.”

The relaunch of netcov.com
As you likely noticed, things look a bit different around here.
We’ve overhauled our website with a few key goals in mind. Beyond the look and feel, we wanted to enhance our presentation of the wide array of ways we serve our clients as a true end-to-end technology partner.
We also wanted to make netcov.com a better gateway for connecting with us, for prospective clients and for existing ones – the latter of which will soon be presented with a link to our robust, feature-packed client portal that will be launching in the coming weeks.
Third, we wanted to adopt a new look and feel for a platform where we’ll be significantly ramping up content creation – from technology insight and productivity tips to company announcements, staff profiles and more.
The new look NetCov
Look and feel were important for our website refresh, so it was only fitting that our branding underwent a similar transformation.
We’ve slightly tweaked our cornerstone blue and green color scheme and paired that with a new, modernized logo. We needed something befitting of the times – not just the year 2024 but the launch of a new era in the company’s history, and we’re excited to fly our new flag.
